This is the work of Abigail Lane. The photographic aspect of the work is something that I should consider. A fly generally does not have postitive associations, however the overall feel of this print is quite pleasant. For some reason (perhaps the film Amelie) makes me think of a fly crawling over the camera lens. Of an older film, because of the quality of the colour of the sky.

The image below shows a photographic print at an extreme scale, without the need for a large number of repetitions. This works as the scale matches the content matter. The print is of a skyscape of lightning, which you would expect to fill a view. The way this may look if it was a fly blown up to such a great scale could be interesting and I believe would be a very different effect.
